“We had a great stay here! Kerry was a good communicator from the start. He answered all my questions and even found us a pack n' play with linens for my 7-month-old grandson. The place was spacious and spotless with easy access to Stony Brook for my son's graduation. The area was very convenient with restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. “Cool house, plenty of room, great location near Village”

“The house was amazing, the location was perfect I could see the ocean from the living room. The only issues were the flooded roads and a few lights with dead bulbs but the flooding is understandable since its so close to the ocean. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was set up perfectly for two families traveling together. The beds were comfy and we loved the outdoor showers. There were only two bikes for 9 of us so we ended up renting. There were also not enough beach chairs and some were not in great shape. The fridge in the kitchen needed to be replaced and there were not enough coffee cups and dishes.”

“Michael is an excellent host. The house is as advertised - 3 bedrooms, one of which is disconnected from the main house. We very much enjoyed the enclosed patio and the outdoor grill. Michael keeps the house well stocked with towels and pretty much everything else that you need. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that this is an older house, so it is a bit run down, particularly the kitchen. Bug spray is also a must as bugs do get in the house.”

“It was a good place for what we needed. Only issues were a very loose handrail to the second floor and the wall ways were not shoveled and were slippery”

“We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded.”
