「A very clean, comfortable house. We had thought about doing the hotel rooms route, but are so thankful that we chose the Culp House. Myself and my two adult sons were able to spend our free time together, and bond like we haven't been able to since they were teenagers. And best of all it is so centrally located within walking distance of the center of Gettysburg.」

「This was the perfect location to do nothing and hang with family. We cooked a lot (the blackstone grill was awesome!) and enjoyed the pool and sports amenities on the property. Plenty of space to run around and for the kids to enjoy the game room and outdoors ! There’s not a lot around the area but that’s exactly what we wanted. We didn’t leave the awesome home and acreage the whole time!」

The host checked on us and was very responsive when needed but really left us to do our thing. The house had modern amenities while still having all of the charm of a century home. 「This was an amazing home. Our group of six women enjoyed our stay in this historic Civil War house. Beautiful outdoor patio with fire pits, clean with all the amenities you need. Walking distance to restaurants and shops in Gettysburg. I will be returning to this home.」
