What some guests may not like about our listing:
- All of the bedrooms are upstairs, which makes this not very ideal for anyone with difficulty using stairs.
Our house comfortably sleeps 5 with 2 queens and a decent sized couch in the living room for the 5th.
- The home occupancy permits 5 overnight people.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
We have an EV Charger at the property for $5 per day usage. Please message us ahead of time so we can collect payment and turn it on for you!
Complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, wine fridge along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
The whole house, and backyard are yours to use.
We live about 45 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.
*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.
