“The hotel is beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we weren't able to experience some of the services the night we stayed because our stay was on a very busy weekend night and we couldn't find seating in either the very crowded rooftop terrace or lobby bar. A private event, as well as the World Cup game being televised, probably added to the busyness of the evening, with valet parking backed up, so we self parked. I'd like to try staying over on a week night, where it……

When booking the room, the was no mention that the parking The parking garage is $25 per night, it is overpriced, at that price the monthly cost $750. This is compared to the garage downtown boise unreserved monthly access from $135 to $195, with higher-tier options like the $340/month "Platinum" card giving unlimited access across any garage.”

“This was super convenient for downtown activities. The area was very walkable. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there for one night so we didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well organized.”

“The parking situation at this hotel is ridiculous. It’s a city own garage. However they charge $25 for a motorcycle to be parked and that’s pretty much the only vehicle that can be parked as part of the hotel. It’s ridiculous. I would almost stop staying there. Just because of the parking situation.”

“Bed was great. Sheets are super soft. Air conditioner was incredibly loud and needs to be serviced. Toilet button stuck. Don’t like the barn door for the bathroom. Outlets by bed didn’t work.”

“Staff were very courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Loved the excellent variety of foods and the live music was great! It will be convenient when there’s a working elevator in the 200 building. We had a lot of luggage and the porters brought our luggage up to the room when we arrived but we carried everything down the stairs since we didn’t have time to call a porter before checking out.”
