“The Hampton Inn and Suites Boise-Downtown hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The staff that we interacted with were all extremely nice, pleasant, and helpful. Now for the good: My husband and I stayed from Friday-Sunday. We live in Twin Falls. We got all the way home and my husband dropped his car key to his car at the hotel. I called and they sent me a picture of it to be sure it was ours. It was. They helped us. While we were there, the experience was amazing. Buffet was included with our stay both mornings.
