Bolingbrook Hotel with Pool

"There was a bag of trash in front of our door when we got to our room upon check in"

"Historic bldg with an outstanding location in the Loop, Chicago! Food was walking distance as was the hop on hop off bus stop and lots of shopping nearby as well. No shuttle for ORD. Breakfast not included. We stayed 6 nights and for whatever reason no one serviced the room even though we asked for it to be serviced. The hotel serves food but we were not impressed so we dined out of the hotel with a million choices nearby."

"Breakfast was great and that staff was working hard. We arrived and couldn't check in for a couple hours due to a power outage. They said they'd call us when it was over but didn't. They need 24 hours notice to clean your room. We asked in the afternoon. They didn't do it, and when we asked why the next night they said we asked too late in the afternoon. So they really need 36 hours notice. Staff was generally helpful getting new towels and such though. Good budget hotel for the area. "

"Ordered a high floor room and it didn't really seemed like a high floor. Overall, stay did it's job and the front desk staff is amazing! Hate that Everytime I went to the bar no one was available though."
