“Very spacious and clean. Living room with full kitchen, multiple balconies, fantastic view as in courtyard. Convenient location, near restaurants, cathedrals and everything. The little craft beer bar just besides it got great beers. ”

“This property is nice and maintained, but they had no hand towels or wash rags available. I spent 3 of 5 days without wash rags. I had to use a hand towel. The towels were gray and dingy they did not have enough for the hotel . They didn’t have any extra in the linen closet how very disappointing. It is very warm and humid in Panama. The least someone would expect would be able to do is bath once probably twice a day but with no rags from a four star hotel. Well that’s unacceptable!”

“If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. ”

“I contacted the hotel a few days before arrival to ask about early check-in or storing my luggage. I explained that I had three suitcases and would arrive around noon. The manager responded and was accommodating, and I followed up again on the day of arrival for details. However, when I arrived, I discovered the elevator does not work and that I had to carry my suitcases up three flights of stairs. “We could not enter the property with the code. Eventually the cleaning lady let us in and we left our bags there whilst she finished her job. We returned later and still could not enter with the code. The owners did not respond to the messaging. Finally we got in as other guests were leaving the building. The apartment was clean and the a/c was on. Then the owners messaged us that we could not stay there! We replied that we wanted to stay there. They said there was a maintenance issue. Not that……
