「Very short stay (one night) and very last minute! However, they accommodated and were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful - very spacious and a gorgeous bathroom - the best power shower i've ever used!! Also - the bed was SO COMFY. Thank you. 」

「部屋の写真が無かったので、期待していませんでしたが、とてもキレイで快適でした。スタッフの対応も良く、朝食もバリエーションがあり良かったです。ただチェックイン時支払い済みに関わらず「支払いされていない」と2回言われ「onlineの領収書を見せる」と言っても反応なく、不安になったのでこの評価です。」

「I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room.
