「We had a great experience at Swanky Retreat. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. The location is next to train tracks, but it wasn't an issue for us because we were awake so it didn't disturb us. Host was very responsive. Location is also close to some really good restaurants just a couple of blocks away.」

「Great stay in Wilmington! Pet friendly rental with a small fenced in yard, fire pit, screened in porch and more. Really nice upgraded space within walking distance to so much that Wilmington has to offer. Comfortable sleeping areas, 3 bathrooms which is always nice and great kitchen space. Easy and quick communication with the hosts and easy check in and check out processes. We had a phenomenal stay and will absolutely stay here again when in the area!」

「I had a wonderful stay on The Regency houseboat. It is a really nice home with luxurious furnishings and appliances. Being on the end of the dock is awesome for the views and a little extra privacy (but be warned it's a healthy walk). Was not in a "fancy" part of downtown but we felt safe and it was an easy 20 min or so walk to the downtown waterfront area and a 5 minute drive to wedding venue which is why we were there.
