"The bedspread had stains on it, the hvac unit went from heat to cool every 10 minutes warm air then ice cold air. Was uncomfortable in room. "

"Breakfast was decent. Condition of property leaves a lot to be desired. Room was OK but hallways were in terrible shape. Carpet faded, oilly and ragged. Front desk was rarely manned. Clientele was mostly workers who were in the area. Nothing wrong with that, but we were the only couple or family that I saw over 3 days. Wanted to change prepaid reservation from 3 nights to 2 nights upon check-in. Motel would not allow change nor refund the one night's stay. It was cheap and that was what we got. Will not stay there again, even if have to pay more to stay elsewhere."

"Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Unfortunately there was no coffee maker in the room. There were no bath towels or linens for the pull-out sofa bed so I had to go to the check-in desk twice to get them. Staff led me to the laundry room to get the items instead of delivering them."

"The views are amazing. Room was exactly as presented. Really good shape with everything you need. Walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown on the waterfront. Standing above the boardwalk sipping coffee while watching the sun come up...come on...what more do you want. "
