「What a fabulous hotel. Don’t be put off by its location in a commercial area. We stayed there for three nights to attend a wedding at the nearby Casa Sontanja. It was the perfect base. Just a short drive down the coast on our spare day. Whatever your reason for being in the area, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.」

De kamer vond ik echter wat onhandig ingericht. De badkamer bood weinig privacy en beschikte alleen over een verzonken bad, waardoor je een stap naar beneden moest maken. Daarnaast was er geen mogelijkheid om de douchekop op te hangen, wat het wassen van je haren lastig maakte. Ook was er slechts één spiegel aanwezig...

「Sehr schöne, weitläufige grosse Hotel-Anlage mit Hotelteil und 500m vom Haupthaus entfernt der Bungalow-Appartmentteil "Villas". Sehr schlne gut ausgestattete Villen unterschiedlicher Grösse zum Teil mit eigenem Swimmingpool ansonsten mehrere Gemeinschaftspools. Transfer zum Hotel mit Kleinbus oder Fussweg für die Fittness und Sportlichen ( kann man joggen). Selbstversorgung im Appartment möglich da voll ausgestattete Küche ansonsten Frühstück im Hotel möglich. Leider ist die Anlage weit weg...

「My daughter and I had a lovely stay here in June 2026. Although reception isn't manned 24 hours, the staff were extremely helpful and kept us updated via WhatsApp when we needed to check in or to order taxis etc. The hotel was in a good location in the old town of Altea, close to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and well maintained and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The only thing the hotel lacked was a restaurant to serve breakfast however there are numerous bakery/cafes 2...

「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「We were in a room near the top of the hotel and had a fantastic view of the beach and Calp rock. The room was very clean though. The bed was large and comfortable but maybe too big for such a small room. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of food choices. Staff very polite and helpful. Beware, the Underground parking is very expensive.」

「Beautiful place and we really enjoyed our stay, but I would recommend making reservations for the SPA in advance. We arrived and were unable to use the SPA that afternoon and the following morning because they could not get staff. Other than that...a very nice place.」
