“My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. The cottage is well equipped although some mobile service providers, (Vodafone) do not cover the area. Locally there is a small shop come P.O.……

“Little hideaway perfect for a bit of down time for yourself without the huddle bustle of life - owners were on hand for any questions and checked in to ensure I had everything I needed, and very friendly making me feel very welcome. ”

“The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. The tv was not a smart tv as stated and the shower was very small , I’m glad neither of us were big people as it was tight to get between the shower and sink to use the toilet and there was no tv in the bedroom , we found on arrival a hot tub which I wish we knew about , unfortunately it was not the weather to use it. yes we would stay again despite the few little negative things . ”

This is a beautifully restored and updated stone cottage in a truly stunning setting, on a lovely farm with views of the sea and the hills. It was a perfect location to explore the Pembrokeshire coastal path and visit St David’s. The hosts’ recommendations for eating out were great and the cottage had everything necessary to cook in as well. Finally, a highlight was being visited by their wonderfully polite……
