We purchased our dream condo and have completely remodeled it. We are excited to share it with you and your family. When you drive up to the gate at Bonita Bay you'll be mesmerized by meticulously landscaped grounds. There are more than 2,400 acres nature preserves, numerous lakes, tropical landscaping, recreational paths and three waterfront parks. Our first-floor unit has been freshly updated with new quartz countertops, stainless appliances, new TVs, new bathrooms, new doors, trim, beds, paint, Robb & Stucky Leather sectional, ceiling fans, bedding, towels, pillows, rugs and kitchen furnishings. It’s been power cleaned from top to bottom and is ready for your enjoyment. Enjoy an open floor plan with a dining/living room combo that looks out onto the screened porch surrounded by lush landscape and the golf course in the distance. Three flat screen TVs with cable and high-speed internet. Master bedroom has a new Molecule King size bed with all new bedding and pillows, ceiling fan, full bath, mounted flat screen and lanai access; the second bedroom has twin beds; new bedding with 3" memory foam toppers, ceiling fan, and a flat screen tv. Its bathroom is steps outside the doorway and can be closed for a private ensuite. The living room has a Robb & Stucky comfortable leather sectional and a reclining leather chair for relaxing. Our unit is just steps from the heated pool, hot tub, and tennis courts within Wild Pines. Bonita Bay is located an easy 25 min drive from RSW airport or about 55 minutes to Punta Gorda Airport. We are about 4 miles from Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach.

Bonita Bay offers 24 hour security and is a certified 2400-acre Audubon sanctuary with 12 miles of paved pathways for walking, biking, and jogging. Three parks within the community offer tennis, pickleball, basketball, bocce ball, playgrounds, picnic areas, butterfly garden, boardwalk to the back bay and complementary canoes & kayaks. There is also a marina and Backwater Jacks restaurant.

Within the condominium complex of Wild Pines, there is a pool and hot tub with its own screened-in pool house. The pool house is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and tables for eating and/or socializing. Restrooms are conveniently located within the pool house. Private tennis courts are located right outside the pool area and there are adjacent gas grills for cooking. Bring your fishing pole and enjoy fishing in the Wild Pines pond. A swinging bench rests on its bank for relaxation and wildlife viewing as well.

This unit is also positioned to allow for a short walk to the Promenade at Bonita Bay Shops, which include a market, coffee/breakfast bistro and multiple restaurants.

Spring break at Bonita bay

We have come to wild pines for the last 12 years for either spring break or fall break, and sometimes both:)This was by far the most well stocked condo we have stayed in.. we come a long way with our kids for this trip and absolutely love all of the accommodations at Bonita Bay.. it was so so nice this time to also have all of the supplies we needed as well. The condo was gorgeous and so clean and the hosts communicated with us from the instant we booked the trip. Thank you so much for another wonderful spring break… and for so many wonderful memories for our family:)

This property was very well cared for, extremely clean and in excellent shape. It had everything you needed to be able to fully relax and enjoy your time. Wonderful and Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our month long stay at this beautiful condo! The condo is beautifully decorated and extraordinarily clean! The condo was well stocked with anything you could possibly need and the king bed was sooo comfortable. The place is even better than pictured. The condo is very newly remodeled and so modern and very nice. The place was exceptionally clean and the renters are amazing. September SW Florida visit

We had a great experience renting your condo. Everything was just as advertised and even cleaner than we expected. We appreciated all of the personal touches the condo provided that made it feel like we were at home. The location was excellent with many amenities close by. We loved DeRomas market and Restaurant. Fabulous stay in a lovely condo

My hubby and I needed a respite from the cold and also some R&R after we both had been through some tough medical issues the past few months. The stay at Mark and Marni‘s condo was exactly what we needed. They had so many amenities and little things they provided for us that made the trip so pleasant and all communication with Marni was super easy and quick. She provided names of golf courses for my husband to check out as he is an avid golfer. The condo itself was very nice, on the ground floor, right next to the parking lot. Just a quick walk to the pool and Jacuzzi. Beautiful walking trails and lots to see and do. Pickleball and tennis courts next to pool. Walking distance from great restaurants and shops. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to explore more of the area. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and very clean. Condo was well equipped with everything you could need. First condo I have stayed at where they actually have some nice pillows and plenty of hooks on the bathroom door. Tiny details that show the owners really take the guest experience seriously.The pool was nice and the other guests around the pool were also very nice.The beach was experiencing a red tide while we were there so that was kind of a bust. The community was gorgeous and we enjoyed the walking/biking paths and the borrowed kayaks.

Annual anniversary trip and time with granddaughter and son

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and stay at Bonita Bay. The condo was as nice as the pictures reflected and Marni was inviting and responsive. My husband and I try to spend our anniversary each year in Florida. It’s a good excuse for us to plan a vacation. (54 years this year) Our son and granddaughter join us for part of the trip and that is always a fun time. The condo worked well for all of us. We love the area and now have found a special home away from home!

My husband and I have rented may condos over the years we have been vacationing in Florida. Never have we stayed in a condo that was so immaculate. Wild Pines # 102 was well appointed with many amenities. The unit was exceptionally clean and quiet. Community walking trails and nearby restaurants, beaches, community tennis and pool are a plus. Highly recommended.
