Great condo in a great location
The condo was well stocked and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the lanai every evening. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to cook a few meals while we were there. The beach is just across the street which made it easy to walk to and not even have to worry about parking. There was plenty of beach equipment and towels for us to use and we appreciated that. The convenience of a washer/dryer combo was a great touch. Our only issue was the mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. There is a definite sag in the middle which made it not so comfortable. We hope to return to Bonita Beach and Tennis Club in the future and if mattress is replaced we will be happy to stay at this same condo.

Perfect short term rental
Had a wonderful week on Bonita Beach! The unit was just as described and in great condition. You absolutely cannot beat the location. A quick walk across the street to the beach. Beach chairs and an umbrella were available, but we preferred to rent from the stand right there. The Beach was gorgeous, the water crystal clear and smooth as a lake almost all week. We would 100% rent here again. The managing company was great to work with. There is construction going on in the atrium, so the jack hammering started at 9am promptly, but we were usually out and doing something before then. Thank you for a relaxing week to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

Perfect location for a beach vacation
The Condo was ideal for the 2 of us. It was comfortable with modern appliances and a kitchen that was well stocked with cooking and food prep items. The location could not have been better for beach access. We enjoyed breakfast at the on-site Cafe and the proximity of restaurants.

Amazing
The rental was not the one pictured, as the property contacted me that there was construction on the building. They offered a different unit in a building that was not getting renovated. The condo was cute, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the condo and the location of the property.

The property has some remolding being done to the outside stucco. The communication about the work was relayed but not in a realistic way. They could’ve advised days and times the work was being done. It was loud and invasive so a little heads up would have been nice

Everything and everyone were great! The only issue was no place to wash off coming from beach. The wash station was broken. There was also a smell of sewer outside of the property upon entry to stairs. Other than those 2 things we enjoyed our stay and will be back!
