Good Communication

The house was clean. Had a slight issue with the hot water in the guest bath and it was resolved easily. Communications with the property manager and agent were easy and prompt. The pool area is wonderful. FYI - The seating arrangements are sparse and odd if you have more than 4 people in the house. One small sofa, 2 chairs. The dining table seats 4 and only 4. The areas and rooms are spacious.

Cute house with private pool

We had a nice stay here. Fenced yard was nice and private for pool time and safe for dogs to play. Neighborhood was quiet safe area for walls. Plenty of towels in closet. We would stay here again.

Neighborhood was a little run down but still felt safe and close to good restaurants , beach, etc. the pool was a great option for cooling off and lounging. The management company was amazing with their info and responses. Highly recommend the Mike Z team!!!

Spur of the moment staycation. Everything about the property was accommodating. The only problem I had was the constant removal of wildlife from the open pool.

This house was the perfect location for a family event we were in town celebrating. We were close to family, restaurants, grocery stores and ice cream! The neighborhood is very quiet. The house was very comfortable and clean. It was perfect for our family of 5 to stay a couple of days in Florida. Our kids loved the pool and outdoor patio the best! The owner was very responsive.

Although the weather was not the best the location and convenance of this house was great. We actually got in the pool a few times, cold but it was fun. The back yard is very comfortable to hang around in and the inside is decorated perfectly. We will be back :)

Great March Get a way!

Our family loved working with Mike and staying at his Los Amigos property. It had everything we needed and was so close to all the beaches, shopping and dining options in the Bonita Springs area. The house was very clean and ready for us to move in and just relax. Despite having to leave Boston a day early due to a large storm Mike was overly accommodating by allowing us to check in a night early so we did not have to stay in a hotel, which we called our bonus day all week! We look forward to going back!

Very nice, well-equipped home! Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed it. So nice to have all the conveniences of home without having to worry about it on vacation! The pool was very clean and cute. It was too cold to swim in unfortunately, but still nice to sit around it and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Mike was very responsive when we had questions. The location was super convienent, close to beautiful Bonita Beach and plenty of other fun things to do! Very enjoyable vacation!

Fabulous pool and spacious renovated home!

The home was nicely decorated. You had everything you needed. The manager was easy to contact. Very close to shopping and restaurants. My husband would drive to Dunkin’ Donuts every morning for his morning cup of coffee. It was a quiet, safe neighborhood. We loved the salt water pool and enjoyed relaxing in the private backyard. The home was nicely decorated. The only issue we had was with the trash pick up. The trash from the previous renters should be removed from the home before the next renters arrive.

great alternative to hotel for athletic event

2 adults and 2 teens for athletic tournament stay, team stayed at nearby hotel and we were thankful to have space vs hotel. Pool was too cold to swim in, but we were expecting that as it isn't heated. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Only complaint is the dog hair- it was everywhere. We travel with our dog a lot and have never stayed somewhere that had this amount of hair. If it was cleaned better, or even had an accessible sweeper I would have swept it up myself and left a better overall review. Otherwise the location was nice and easy, and the house was great. Check in was perfect and they even made sure we didn't need anything on the day we checked in which was a holiday, so we appreciate the property management.
