What a beautiful daily view
Was hit by a hurricane, pool was not usable but the beach is right across the street. Had some problems with an appliance but the host took care of it immediately. The beds and pillows were a bit hard for us but we made due. Overall it was OK.

All about the view
I rented this property for a quick long weekend getaway. The property is exactly as pictured and very clean. You are across the street from the beach, but you really do need a car to get to restaurants or shopping. The view alone was worth the price!

Perfect Location
We really enjoyed our stay at Ken's place. This condo unit is in the best location of the entire Bonitia Beach and Tennis property. The beds and couch were not very comfortable - other than that I give this property 5 stars!

The view and sunsets are to die for!!!
Construction wakes you up but they don't start too early. The little cafe is convenient but not open very often. Nice location. Overall very good

Didn't quite meet our expectations
The location of the property is fine - across a very busy street from a beach which quickly became crowded by mid-day. What I disliked was the fact that the beds were extremely uncomfortable and there was construction ongoing during our entire stay (of which I was unaware). Returning to the area in a few months, but not booking at this location.

tks for letting me know, i have added pillow top mattress pads to the beds. I'm sorry about the construction but it was disclosed in the description.

Location, location
Great place! Excellent vacation stay. Close to beach and restaurants. Active in daytime yet relatively quiet at night. Construction was distracting. Condo would benefit with fresh paint, towels, etc. But overall nice stay.

We rented this unit based on the photos, owner’s description & ocean view. Unfortunately, the owner did not inform us of the extensive construction being done on the building requiring plywood to be placed over the slider obstructing our view. Therefore the balcony was unusable. Due to the lack of communication by the owner, we feel misled.

Very bad experience
Upon arrival we realized the building was being remodeled with noises from outside during the day. On the half of the week out balcony was completely closed, no having access to it or the wiew (the main reason of renting this place). The noises fron the drilling and workers walking outside from 8:00 am and during nap time were terrible, not being able to rest AT ALL. NOT RECOMMENDED. It seems like the remodeling process is going to take a few more weeks.

Not happy. The balcony was not available for use. The kithen faucet was super loose, The tub was unsafe, no bathmat or protection from slipping, the tub drain is clogged only one handle was there (regular door handle) the other was not there (the holes were). Kitchen cabinet had to be pushed shut. The lock box could not be closed to return the key. This place needs a major update. Would have been better to just stay in Hotel. Very disappointed.

Condo was super clean! Beautiful view of the beach! Had a little trouble finding the key to get in but Ken was very responsive, even at 10pm! We'd highly recommend this condo!

Great location to beach
This condo is just across from the bech access, not a long walk at all. Also, I thought to condo had 2 twin beds but they are full size beds. What a great surprise. Taxi from PG Airport was $110 but still cheaper than renting a car.

Great location and views of beach but ...
The unit is dated, looks like it hasn't been upgraded for 50 years. The location and views were the best. My only real complaint is that it needs a good, deep cleaning. For example, refrigerator rubber door gasket has black mold growing on it. This can be easily resolved and I hope owner does so. I would only stay here again if it were thoroughly cleaned..

Bonita is the place to be
My week stay didn’t last long enough. Location was excellent, just a very short walk to the beach. The condo worked perfect for my needs. Very clean, easy access. Would definitely stay again.

Location ...location ....location
Apartment clean and as advertised. Great sunsets and best building and unit in complex in our opinion. Ample parking and no shared walls with other units so incredibly quiet!!! Large closet to store luggage, nice screened in balcony for sunsets (good and bad) and other than dated aesthetics was well appointed and had all well functioning amenities. Big plus was GREAT FOOD in cafe located in building. Close proximity to lovers key and Naples so location was great both local across from beach and to many things to do. No major issues except recommend new, larger coffee pot and a bit more trash bags and toilet paper would be great. Would stay again and recommend this place without any hesitation.
