Beautiful remodeled home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent home with very private pool. High end finishes and beautiful bathroom. Neighborhood is ideal and close to beach.

Spacious and relaxing

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house's location - near the beach, great restaurants and activities. The kitchen was fun to cook in when we were not eating out. Having friends in was easy because of all the space in kitchen, living area and outside pool/patio area. We had a great month there.

We will not book again!!

Basically, the actual condition of the house has absolutely nothing to do with the description on the internet. We booked it because it looked so great in the photos. Our disappointment was and is very high. About the details:We had to call the plumber on the second day because the water temperature was only 35 degrees. He put it up so that we had enough hot water. Apart from that, the hot water would never be sufficient for the maximum occupancy of 8 people. The bed is an imposition. In the photos you can see how it was attached together with adhesive tape and screwed angles from the hardware store.I had to glue the upper part of the headboard myself because we couldn't sleep because of the constant creaking. The entire bed gives the impression that it has been patched together from several parts. The parquet floor was also loose. So that we don't stumble I had to reattach it myself. Also the house is not clean. (See photos).In the past we booked a lot of houses in Bonita but i'am sorry to say that this house is not worth the money we paid for.I will send you a second email with more material.
