Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location. This community is very safe and secure. It’s across the street from the Spanish Wells Golf Course. The house was well stocked and clean upon arrival. My only negative comment is the TVs were hard to figure out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, we enjoyed the private pool area and the house was very clean. We loved how large the home feels and had a wonderful stay here. Shuffleboard was an extra bonus. Hope to come back for our next FL vacation!

Great Location

The community of Spanish Wells is located perfectly for shopping, golf, restaurants and the beach. We felt that the neighborhood was safe for walking and biking and we enjoyed the golf course. There were nice updates to the house. We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness upon arrival. The decking and lanai around the pool are in need of repair. We were aware that the garage would only hold one car, but my small sedan barely fit in the spot. By using the space to park my car, and having to leave both the trash can and recycling can in the garage, we were left with very little space for our golf clubs and 2 bicycles. The owners left a car and lots of clutter in the 2 car garage. The host was very easy to communicate with when needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are so grateful to have been able to stay here for a few weeks. Although the owners were completing the renovation and decorating the house, they were gracious enough to give us a place to vacation and relax in the pool after the hurricane damaged our home. With all of the improvements to the home, mainly the brand new kitchen, and the great location we would love to stay here again.
