You are never far from the beach in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo! Overlooking the Quiet Pool, fountains, and palm trees, you will feel like you are in a tropical oasis. Your private spiral staircase takes you right to the hot tub and pool loungers so you can spend every day in quiet tranquility.

Bonita Village is a luxury gated condominium community located in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida just minutes from some of the best beaches in the world. With both our large Resort Pool and tranquil Quiet Pool, relaxation is all but guaranteed! Fancy a workout? Our Island House Clubhouse offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, fully stocked with Cybex and Peloton equipment. If you are feeling parched, our poolside chickee, the Groggy Frog, serves mouthwatering wine-based cocktails and beer (in-season, weather permitting) or you can put on your chefs hat and head to our grilling area! For your convenience, each condo also has a dedicated parking space, free high-speed WiFi, Cable, and Smart TV capabilities.

Bonita Village is just a few miles away from Coconut Point Mall, The Mercato, and Waterside Shops offering fantastic shopping, no matter the budget! Centrally located off of Bonita Beach Road 1 Mile from US41, getting to your favorite shops, restaurants, and attractions could not be easier!

Great Week

Nice property. Clean and well stocked. The stairway to pool was amazing! Quiet and relaxing. Felt very safe the entire time. I loved that there was a stop light to get out on Bonita Beach Road.
