「Housekeeping did not clean our room—we had to go downstairs to the front desk to get our own towels. Kind of rundown—not a lot of options around Wilkesboro—I just say it was “okay.”」

「The room was really clean. The bed was a little hard, but the fire pit was nice as well. Brandon the overnight front desk was a real pleasure to talk with! We would definitely stay here again.」

「Our room was infested with ants. Staff completely dismissive of problem. Sprayed for ants with children in room. Was told not to expect a refund. Will never return again!」

「Clean rooms and great breakfast」

「Room was very clean, bed was comfortable (pillows were small for a king size bed but ok for a one night stay) very close to our destination which was Lake Hickory Haunts. Temperature in the room was great, didn’t even touch the thermostat from the time we checked in until we left.」

「Great location. Clean and spacious room with balcony .」

「The housekeeping」

「There are no coffee makers in the rooms anymore. You have to go to the lobby to get coffee.」

「Very good, nice room」

The bath is super small with a standard household tub/shower combo with a shower head usually provided with the bare minimum needed when it was installed likely MANY years ago. The walls have dings throughout. The bedspread and curtains are old, worn and had holes in them. The pillows are not Hotel quality pillows and were worn and flat. The linens on the bed consisted of a fitted...

「The accommodations were wonderful! The room was large and very clean. Very close to downtown Blowing Rock. We would definitely stay again!」
