“A beautiful and well-lit Victorian home in a wonderful neighborhood, conveniently located near many of the best attractions in Shreveport and Bossier City. The room was very clean, and you can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into the B&B. Our host John was incredibly generous, providing plenty of snacks, coffee and toiletries. We unfortunately missed his famous breakfast due to time constraints but we highly recommend staying here!”

“Can’t blame it on the weather, pool was not staffed for Spring break, was unfortunate but windy and rainy weather previous had the pool like a ghost town. Lovely facilities and the hot tub was hot. Was fun.”

“There AC in our room was broken the TV didn't work the lights blinked they didn't do anything to fix it no refund nothing ”

“Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is older and needed a little attention: needed vacumed benieth dresser - fairly dusty, TV with light spots on screen. Brought these to staff attention on checkout and they state housekeeping will be allerted to the floors and that the facility is in the process of replacing all TVs. No valet parking and quite a walk for an older traveler from parking garage. Parking garage is well lit with cameras etc.”

“TV didn't work - had to change rooms because it is tied into the billing. maintenance team tried to fix it. Then were fine. Breakfast made my husband and I sick. Could have been the greasy thin bacon that was way overcooked. The new room had a bathroom faucet that had very little water coming out of it. We called maintenance and the guy came looked at it and decided it was the faucet filter that needed changed. He changed it and we didn't have any more problems with it. The thermostat on……

“The staff was excellent. The room was the pits. There was no closet in the room. The mattresses were totally broken down one chair and it was broken. The alarm kept going off, but no instructions on how to turn the alarm off so we unplugged it when we checked out, we expressed how unhappy we were and she offered to return our money if she could, but she said it had to go through you so I’m somewhat hopeful. I will be hearing from you about a refund. Thank you.”

“Only reason I did 4 stars was because we kept having issues with the tv and the dryer wasn’t working. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.”

“The room was decently clean, there was no coffee or coffee maker. There was no shampoo in the shower. The most inconvenient thing is that we weren't informed that the only elevator they had wasn't working ”

“We didnt use the gym or the pool this trip.”

“Excellent and friendly staff. Very clean facilities. I will definitely go there again.”

“Rooms need renovating. Furnace was old and hard to regulate air/heat. Room was humid. Shade was broken therefore no sunlight was able to come into the room. ”
