「host cancelled my reservation the DAY of my booking (around 4:30pm!!) and made no effort to contact me to let me know. i got an email from VRBO saying it had been cancelled, which i didnt see until 8pm (when i was 30 minutes away). literally left me with no where to stay for the night. 」

「I come each year to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family and grandmother is has cancer. This is a close location to them and they have everything we need. We greatly appreciate the owners for all of their responses and making sure we are comfortable and warm. They brought extra blankets to us. It’s very cute and cozy. Perfect for the kids to have plenty of room to play. Beds are extremely comfortable. 」
