「If you love Christmas, you'll love this lodge! It really puts you in the holiday spirit. My grandson especially loved the fishing pond, and we all had a great time in the arcade. The lodge is a bit dated, and the beds weren't very comfortable, but the friendly staff and the great breakfast helped make up for it. Overall, it's a fun place to stay, especially if you're looking for a festive atmosphere.」

「Rooms were clean comfortable. Breakfast had many options. Will definitely stay again.」

「Keys to the room continuously did not work properly, there was construction inside the building, trash cans overflowing at breakfast, etc. The only positive thing I can say was the front desk young lady was wonderful and tried her absolute best to make everything as accommodating as possible.」

「This hotel was less than a year old, but pretty dirty. We had a room and the sofa bed was covered in food and hair- and the mattresses had no mattress pads. They did switch us rooms and it was slightly better. The bed linens were extremely wrinkled and filled with hair. It also looked dirty in the common areas for being so new. They seemed extremely understaffed. I would not stay here again.」

「I thought we had a let out couch and microwave l, but didn't. Breakfast wasn't free for what we paid per night」

「The sheets and bed spread were dirty, the person at the front desk wanted us to change them! The tv also won’t work.」

「Our bathroom was not cleaned and there were still dirty towels that were hanging on the wall, the back of the door, and over the shower curtain rod. There was a used soap in the shower with a piece of trash from an unknown container. This also made us worried for the fact that there could have been a possibility of our sheets not being clean.」

「When we got there we thought the elevator was going to break on the way to the 3rd floor. The room was semi clean and had a stench to it. The pool was absolutely disgusting it had a film all around the top glad we didn’t plan to get it. The breakfast service was horrible there was nothing left when I got down at 8. Had to go to the front desk to tell someone it needs to be serviced. There aren’t many choices around holiday world to stay but I definitely would not recommend this hotel.」

「Our room had an infestation of spiders. Upon checking the mini fridge it was found to have food/drink residue and hadn’t look liked it was ever cleaned. The overall cleanliness was poor across the whole motel. Would not recommend staying there!!」
