“A cozy spot with 3 beds and a full kitchen. Host was available. It is off a very busy road which made walking/running impossible. The upstairs bedroom could hear the loud highway. Overall, a cute place with water and a few snacks left for welcoming. My one piece of feedback I gave the host was that main bedroom’s bed was so terribly squeaky and unsteady that it made it very hard to rest. I would have expected the host to have noticed or checked before renting- especially for charging such an……

The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The host was communicative and very responsive when I had a question. We were very satisfied and I would definitely recommend this property to others.”

“Good location, close to everything in the Museum District. On-site staff was helpful and attentive. The drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken when we arrived, and there was also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing, requiring several visits from Maintenance after we informed Sosuites via text. The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay. Worse, we learned from maintenance that the company had a repair order for the washer before we rented it……

“The Cozy Getaway Suite was indeed cozy, clean, easy check in and out, and just enough space for me and my husband. The decor is what drew me to the Cozy Suite. It’s stylish and decorated beautifully. The location wasn’t in a bad neighborhood but not what I expected. We are looking forward to our next Cozy Suite getaway. ”

“We drove to the neighborhood where the apartment was located and instantly felt that the neighborhood was not safe and decided to leave. We did not even check into nor return to the apartment. I felt we did not get an accurate depiction of the neighborhood from the online description of the location of the apartment.”

“I've never left a bad review before this but I would strongly advise NOT staying here. Upon arrival there was a very strong chemical smell which continued even after opening doors and windows. We left for dinner and noticed both of us were coughing which we thought was odd. When we returned and tried to sleep and the coughing became really bad and we were even noticing some discomfort taking deep breaths. At 5:30am we could not take it any longer and had to inconvenience a friend to come to……
