"Room was amazing and very clean. Breakfast is very good with a good amount of options. If you’re debating between the different Henann resorts in boracay this is a good one to choose. However, next time we visit we would like to visit the one right on the beach for easier access. "

"Nice courteous staff and the restaurant was most pleasant. We enjoyed the drinks, music & breakfast Communication by the hotel, however is HORRIBLE. Our requests for pick up & for rooms together went unanswered despite 3 reminders. Unfortunately the request to Expedia too were un resolved The pool too was a disappointment "

"Everything was very good, excellent service from the staff, everybody was very kind, accomodating & respectful, all hallways, rooms, restaurants were very neat & clean, we see staff cleaning every morning & during the day. The food is excellent from buffet to ala carte ordering/menu, drinks are all very good. Rooms are clean & we always see staff clean the pool & sweep the floor specially the hallways from the beach entrance. Overall Hennan Crystal Sands is excellent to stay in"
