Great location

We enjoyed the nice and modern feel of apartment with the lovely bits of character of building .Very central location with lots of transport options specially with direct tram to airport. Avoid having car difficult to park nearby .Fully equipped for meals.We had great time .

Nice place

Apartment was very clean, well equipped, and in a good neighborhood. We went in July....the living space and main bedroom have AC. The back bedroom does not.

We loved your place the only downfall was going up the stairs with all that luggage. I also wanted to bring to your attention that we had never been to Bordeaux and didn’t know about the Uber situation with all our luggage so it took us a while to get to the place because of traffic as well. The lady Marie I believe that was her name kept on calling and rushing us to get to your place, not only was she rushing us but when my cousin got there first with one of the girls she helped carried the luggage and told my cousin she needed to leave a tip on the table well that’s really bad at least in the US you don’t demand tip. We always leave good tip but not if someone demands it that was really poor taste.We actually felt very rushed in the check in process. I just wanted you to know so it don’t happen to nobody else that stays at your place. Everything else about your place was perfect!

A lot of potential

Upon entering the apartment you see squashed bug marks across every wall in the apartment. Some with blood too. It is not pretty. It has not been cleaned. The apartment also comes with a large number of its mosquitos. For some odd reason, all rooms only had one set of blinds. Offering zero privacy. 1 room even had pretty see-through blinds (the one blind). The apartment was dusty and at least 50% of the lights had defective bulbs. Lastly, flats down the road had key lock boxes. It should be the same here it would make it easier for evening check-ins. With all of these flaws, it is a nice apartment with, great space, location and set-up. Ample pillows, towels and storage space. I would recommend but simple things would have made it much better.

L'appartement qu'on a eu n'était pas celui qu'on avait loué. Il était situé au deuxième étage et il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur, de lave linge ni de télévision. Ce n'était pas l'appartement qu'on avait vu sur l'annonce. Il n'était même pas dans le même secteur de la ville. Les ustensiles, la vaisselle et les verres étaient restreints au minimum. Il n'y avait qu'une cafetière Nespresso.

Bien situé. Près de tout ! Conforme aux photos ! Très confortable et calme. Par contre, attention aux voyageurs canadiens, pour la caution (dépôt de sécurité), Nous avons essayé 4 différentes cartes et aucune n'a fonctionné !

Fantastic Place in the Heart of Bordeaux!!

Booked for three nights just after the Marathon du Medoc. For the price I can 100% recommend staying here! Really beautiful building, just a couple of hundred years from the river and surrounded by great restaurants. Pictures are a good reflection of the apartment. Really clean etc, spacious and really nice bedrooms. We booked for 4 x people over 3 x nights, for the price I think it's great. The photos don't do justice to the beautiful street view from the balcony. Fully recommended if you're staying in Bordeaux!

Good location but not clean and strange way of security deposit

The apartment is located in the old town of Bordeaux. Very convenient to go around by foot or public transportation. On my upfront question where I can best park my car, I never received an answer. Later I got an SMS to pay a safety deposit. This was mentioned at the time of booking. It was not mentioned that it is done via a unknown third party company with additional fee for me. I asked if I can pay the safety deposit by credit card when I arrive. Ives’s told that this ok. When I arrived they told me I still have to use this unknown app which have limited translation in other languages. In the apartment was no good cellphone reception and also the provided WiFi was very slow. The cutlery, kettle and other kitchen utilities were not clean and even full of insects. We also missed some insect protection on the windows as the apartment had no AC.

Confort de l´appartement

Appartement avec situation excellente. La chambre plus grande manque d'íntimité, car il n y n´a pas de rideaux et les voisin ont une vue complete de la chambre. Dans cuisine et salon les rideaux transparents manquent ou son défectueux. L´inventaire n´est evidemment pas controlé regulièrement. Les poiles sont practiquement inutilisables et seraient ffaciles à changer sans beaucoup de frais pour donner une impression beaucoup plus favorable à cette cuisine autrement bien equipée pour de courtes vacances. Salle de bains parfaite et agréable. Relation prix/commodité tres bonne.

Mal entretenu

Si l emplacement est tb il faudrait dire que l immeuble est inaccessible ds la rue , donc il faut décharger loin.. or il y a des places de parking au rdch de l immeuble Un seul jeu de clef parce que c est un court séjour(1 semaine) pas de code ni d interphone .. il faut descendre 2 étages pour ouvrir .. un canapé lit inconfortable, 4 fourchettes pour 6, manque une lampe halogène , pas de piles de télécommande, (4 jours pour en avoir ..) les stores cassés et de tte façon non occultants, des poêles ds un état inacceptable, un ménage succinct .. cet appartement n est pas mid en état et entretenu entre deux locations..

Felt like we were taken by fools

The apartment is nice, very well placed in the center of Bordeaux, but we had a very bad experience with the host. The place was named "Apartment 2 chambres avec petit parking", which means apartment 2 rooms with a little parking, the parking was the decisive factor of us wanting to staying there, but 2 days before our arrival the named of the place was changed with "Apartment 2 chambres en Hyper Centre" which means apartment 2 rooms in hyper center zone. We asked the host what was going on and the response was to find a parking space on a street nearby on public parking spots provided by the city, good luck to find parking in the center of Bordeaux, we stayed 4 days, had luck to find parking in the first to days but on the other 2 days had to go to a private parking, so extra costs and time. The host told us about the parking spot it had one day before our arrival and said that the have a place accessible between 7 and 11 in the morning, outside in this interval the city blocks the street for pedestrians, but also I saw saturday and sunday morning the street was blocked so this did not helped us. There was an option the pay a cleaning fee of 49 euros, I didn't know that if you did not pay this cleaning fee you would not get towels and bed sheets. I can understand about towels but bed sheets? Anyway this was not the whole problem. Our issue was that we paid the cleaning fee and before we left, the host texted us that we should take out the trash and take the bed sheets, separate them and arrange them. My question was, what did we pay for the cleaning fee then? We were forced to pay this cleaning fee because we were not prepared for not having bed sheets and we left the apartment clean, we wouldn't pay this fee because we planned to leave the apartment clean anyways but we had to because of the bed sheets and still the host asks us to take the trash out and arrange the bed sheets. Very bad experience. Don't recommend it at all and pursue with the complaints.
