Beautiful apartment, luxuriously restorated
Beautiful 4 stars apartment, luxuriously restorated to new with a lot of detail. It is located on 3rd floor (no elevator) of a magnificient XVIIIth century lime stone building, it overlooks Cours de l'Intendance, right in the heart of Bordeaux's Golden Triangle.
You will be enchanted by the amazing light, due to the large windows looking south, by the hight of the ceilings (3,7 meters) and the style of the ancien finish, with preserved woden panels and the typical cornices, all wonderfully restored. The very modern kitchen is perfectly integrated. You will find a modern and distinguished decoration.
The apartment has a large living room, with a large TV, hidden in a wooden panel cupboard, a fully equipped and modern kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker), the large hallway, opens onto the 2 independent bedrooms: one has a large double bed (160x200 cm) and it's own bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, the second one has 2 single beds (90x200 cm) and a shower and wash bassin corner. The seperate toilets also have a wash bassin.
From this rental you will be able to easily take advantage of the city of Bordeaux.
Cours de l'Intendance is one of the most famous streets of the city. Tourist information Office, transports (tramway stop “Grand Theater” is just 50 meters away) cinémas, The Grand Theater, and all the best addresses are just down the road. You will also find many luxurious and worldwide famous boutiques (Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Nespresso, Apple, Maille etc) are just meters away.
This area also gives you an amazing choice of cafés, restaurants and wine bars. The Grands Hommes market is 2 minutes walk away and you will be able to buy all you need.
You will be able to park your car in one of the 4 close-by public carparks (2 to 6 minutes on foot) : Grands Hommes, Gambetta, Tourny, or Bourse/Jean Jaurès

Equal to the amazing location
The property excelled in every way…location, comfort, ease of access, cleanliness. Much preferable to staying in a hotel, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the surrounding area. The kitchen was large and very functional, having in-unit laundry was great, and the beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great location!
The property is perfectly located on a clean street near everything- great shopping and restaurants.
The home was very clean and cozy. Just as an observation- it is on the third floor and does not have an elevator and lastly, it has two showers but one toilet. It was not a problem for us as we were all family.
Overall an awesome place to stay and highly recommended.

2 bed 1 bath, 1 toilet
beautfiul apartment, only let down by having one toilet. Advertising as a 2 bathroom is not accurate. The shower in the cupboard is not an additional bathroom, its very small and anyone tall cannot use the basin in the shower as they cant get to it as a large shoulder width prohibits getting close to the basin. please advertise it as one bathroom with one additional small shower, and 1 toilet for the apartment to be shared between all guests.

Very Beautiful Place
The property was BEAUTIFUL. Also, it was easy to explore the area because there was so much to do near by. If you’re questioning the property because of the deposit, don’t! The manager was super communicative and let me know what I was paying for and when it would be returned before, during, and after our stay. Merci!

We really enjoyed our time is this beautiful apartment. Great location and very clean. It only needs some AC or some fans to make the sleeping more comfortable at night. Otherwise, I think it’s an awesome place.
