Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

NEIGHBORHOOD

From Mérignac Airport :
Take the bus 1 from Mérignac Aéroport Station to Quinconces Station then take Tram B to Gambetta and walk to the apartment.

From St Jean Railway Station :
Take the Tram C or D to Quinconces, then change to Tram B to Gambetta and walk 100m to the apartment.

To park your vehicle, places in the streets is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and bank holidays.
The price for parking are 15€ for half a day.

CITY

Apartment of 72 sq. in the heart of Bordeaux, near Pey Berland. Pefect localisation to live your own Bordeaux experience and discover the city.
On the 1st floor of a typical Bordeaux building, the apartment has been renovated and made with charm.
You will find a well equipped kitchen on your right then a large living-room living room with a sofa, a round table and a TV.
Toilets are separated and there is a bathtub in the bathroom. Then you will find a first room and a second with double beds and cupboards.

Wi-Fi is free, only for this this apartment.
20min by tram from the station, 45min by taxi or 1h by bus from the airport.

The Check in time is from 4.00 pm till 8.30 pm its possible on request to arrival later with an extra fee of 10 euros per hour waiting from 8.30 pm

The District

On one side the area is defined by Cours de l’Intendance, Cours Georges-Clémenceau, and cours Xavier-Arnozan, the famous Golden triangle with the beautiful views of Place de la Comédie, Place Tourny, Place des Quinconces and the ‘Grand Theatre’. The Grands Hommes place, a neo-classic district, is a reflection of the new urbanism vision after the French Revolution. There are many English-style boutiques. All the places to meet for the high society from Bordeaux. A tradition that you will still note at the Brasserie Le Noailles.
On the other side is the town hall (the impressive Palais Rohan), the Saint-André Cathedral, and the Tour Pey-Berland, a bell tower topped by a golden bronze statue of Lady of Aquitaine.

The apartment has no parking, the public parking « Centre Commercial Mériadeck » is located 700 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking are 19€ for half a day.
