Located in the centre of Bordeaux, come and stay in this magnificent 60m2 flat with a large 25m2 patio, situated on the ground floor of a small stone building.



The flat has been furnished and decorated with great care and is entirely on one level.



Spacious living/dining room with open kitchen, bedroom with double bed 140x200cm, shower room, office with extra bed 90x200cm, separate toilet.



Ideally located to discover Bordeaux, 10 minutes walk from the Golden Triangle and the Place de la Comédie.



Close to the auditorium and Grand Théâtre de Bordeaux, shops and restaurants.

Cute flat in great location

What a great house! The communication with the owner was fast and checkin was easy. I loved the neighborhood. It felt very safe and close walking distance to public transport and the city center. The outdoor space was great to have dinner or a glass of wine and unwind. I would definitely stay here again.

Emplacement parfait

Bel appartement, au rez de chaussée. rue tranquille, à 10 minutes de peits commerces et 20 minutes des rues plus achalandées. Le mobilier est comfortable la cuisine super équipée, lave-linge inclus. L'appartement est assez petit, mais confortable. la commode de la chamble principale est munie de deux peits tiroirs. Un peu serré pour 2 semaines. Le lit est comfortable. Les grandes fenêtres aident au comfort. Bien apprécié
