“When I arrived the check in staff was fabulous!! Overall the property is clean and beautiful. Although, it was overall clean my bathroom floor could use a thorough cleaning. Not sure if it is the norm but the response for room service is terribly delayed. Once I reached someone on the line they did provide a quick turnaround for my request. The Westin Resort did not post any events during my stay but maybe I didn’t catch them at a good time. Overall, it was a good experience.”

“The room was very nice and the view was great. Many stairs so this stay would not be for older people but was good for our age group.”

“Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.”

“Location was great-short walk to beach. In walking distance to excellent restaurant. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Could use some maintenance updates. Overall it was a great place to stay. We communicated directly with Chris! She was very helpful it getting us settled and giving info on beaches, eateries and sites to see. “We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. The beach was well maintained and clean of seaweed. The staff at the Club were very welcoming and helpful. The in-room service and housekeeping were great! It truly was like a home away from home.
