“Had an amazing week long stay! The unit had everything we needed and Shawn was an amazing host. I could really get used to waking up to that view everyday! The detailed recommendations he sent ahead of time were very helpful and did not dissapoint! My only critique is that the mattress needs an upgrade. Could feel the springs and it was very loud when you moved around. But we had so much fun during each day that we were too tired at night for it to be too much of an issue.”

“The gatehouse is a unique and stunning property located in one of the best locations on St John (in our opinion). The spectacular views from the balcony and windows just can’t be emphasized enough. They are incredible and will not disappoint. If peace and tranquility is your goal, sipping coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening on the balcony while gazing at the azure blue sea and the green of the mountain backdrop all while being serenaded by the birds and frogs and rustling leaves of……

“Beautiful house in a beautiful setting! The drive up and down the mountain is not the most fun and at night is hard to see as there’s very little lighting at the gate to get in. The street name is actually Peterborg East, which is not listed anywhere in the House listing, but everything else was wonderful. Even when we had to buckle down for a hurricane we did lose power, but they restored it the next morning pretty quick.”
