"We chose a lovely family run hotel ideally located in the town, close to the beach and restaurants. The hosts are marvelous, always smiling and helpful. The breakfast was fine. The evening which we paid extra for was excellent, as was the variety of wine to accompany the food We only booked B&B but ended up eating evening dinner on all but one of the nights. Bordighera is a charming town and ideally located to explore the coast in France and Italy"

"The staff was terrific and offered a great deal. The only incident was when the staff that did the laundry charged over 70euros more as they checked a box on my laundry sheet stating I wanted expedited service. And the laundry came back wet. They quickly resolved the issue by taking away the upcharge and taking our clothes back and drying them completely."

"Lovely hotel with a short walk to the railway station, beach,restaurants and the old town. The location is quiet and safe, the hotel has spa, suana and swimming facilities great after a day's walking. "

"Check in was complicated due to language short comings. Even in Italian would be complicated. Normally you indicate company info etc at check in to get an invoice - here you rcv a message and have to indicate the info separately by email. The impression is that the admin and check in is reduced beyond minimum. Scogliera a choice. Position is good - many good restaurants in the vicinity "

"Upon arriving at the hotel we immediately felt at home. We stayed at the hotel for three nights whilst exploring this beautiful region of Italy and really wished we could have stayed longer! Unlike a lot of chain groups this hotel gives you a truly old fashioned personal welcome and an experience which is so refreshingly traditional. We loved the communal lounge area with a bar to relax at too. Our room was spotlessly clean and fresh. We would definitely look to stay here again if in the area. "
