The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, and the check in and check out process was so simple. Jay was available for any questions we had, even prior to arrival! The neighborhood was lovely and the apartment was conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and the T station. Will definitely stay here again!
The location was amazing and the place made us feel right at home in the North end. Was able to walk to most places or connect with a subway line. Super accommodating and way better experience than a hotel.
I took my son to Boston for his 13th birthday. This clean & tidy apartment was perfect for the two of us. We were able to walk to all tourists spots. Wonderful restaurants & parks nearby. We felt very safe & comfortable. Highly recommend.
The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The apartment is in the heart of the north right in the middle of amazing restaurants, delies and bakeries. Jay responded promptly to answer any questions. I would stay here again !
Very nice reno of a vintage North End building. Little Italy location means a very safe neighborhood along with a fantastic number of restaurants and pastry shops just steps away. Also walkable to just about every local attraction including Freedom Trail and Boston Harbor.
The location was perfect even if the weather wasn't ( we got to town at the same time a nor'easter blew in)! It is a v. small place perfect for just somewhere to sleep between outings ( so much to see!!). My son said the futon was super comfortable. We would not hesitate to book here again.
Great location for great food and exploring Boston’s beautiful historical city. The apartment is just perfect for two. If you are a light sleeper the bed can be noisy when rolling over. The bathroom towel rack needs fixing. But overall the place is comfortable and perfect location.
Contacted host upon arrival after discovering only 3 towels for 2 people staying 4 days. His response was very quick and provided us with additional towels. We attended a baseball game, hockey game, and a concert during our stay. Good location, walking distance to transit, lots of Italian restaurants close by. Apartment appears newly remodeled except for bathroom.

Great location, but the property was lackluster.
I will say the location is awesome. I think this would be a great place to stay if you're just looking for a clean, convenient, no frills place to lay your head after a day/night out. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations for the price and we left within an hour of checkout. We promptly notified the property owner and have not received any response. The building is quite noisy, the kitchen smelled like CO2, and the bed was not comfortable. We would not have enjoyed our stay there.
Went with just me and my son, we went to a Celtics game, didn’t need to rent a car, could walk everywhere, you are a street that has a ton of resturants, bakeries, and shops. Close to the wharf and 1/2 mile to TBG. It’s a small place, but we were able to make it work easily. Older building but apartment was updated. Steep stairs to the second floor. Really liked this location and would love to visit again with my wife to hit the sites we didn’t get to. Prompt communication from the owner and no issues!
The location of this property couldn’t be any better in my opinion! This property is just a short walk to Paul Revere’s House, the Quincy Market, the wharfs, and some great Italian dining. Additionally during our stay, the Feast of St. Aggrippina was going on right outside the front door of this location. Things to consider when booking this place: 1. While there is no washer and dryer on site, there is a great laundromat a couple of doors down. We paid $9 a load to wash clothes. 2. The nearest parking garage to this property is a little bit of a walk, and we were charged around $55 a night to park. 3. Location, Location, Location! I would totally stay here again, especially for the location!
It was a beautiful apartment in a great location. We were able to walk where we wanted to go most of the time, or take a reasonably-priced Lyft. The tiny stairs were a bit challenging, but expected for the area.
This was a great location for our visit to Boston! Everything was either within walking distance or easily accessible after a short walk to the Haymarket "T" Station. We did happen to stay there during some of the hottest temps since the 1880's, but Jay made sure there was a portable A/C unit and fan available, which kept the apartment cool and allowed us to recover after days of seeing the sights.. Amazing restaurants and food only steps away. Had some great conversations with the firefighters at Engine 8, Ladder 1, across the street for local advice on cool local places to check out. We'd definitely stay there again!
The location was excellent, close to a lot of restaurants and a short walk to the wharf area. The bathroom needs a few repairs (paper holder broken, towel rack loose, old tub, and floor tiles cracked/loose) but it was functional and clean. Don't expect usable toiletries though. Only partially used bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc were provided along with a few rolls of toilet paper. If you plan cooking at all, be warned there is no real grocery store close by. There's a convenience market close by but think more like 'well stocked gas station' type items versus true groceries that you might want to fix breakfast, coffee, etc. We walked to Café Amalfi each morning for our caffeine fix and they have some great breakfast items also. The bed was comfortable but a little cramped in the space. It is a typical small city space, so perfect for 1 or 2 people if you plan on staying in the north end.

A friend who was born and raised in Boston recommended staying in the North End district, as it was not only charming and full of history, but because dining and shopping was so easily accessible. This unit was clean, comfortable, and safe. The kitchen was fully equipped. There's a mercado directly across the street where one can get food to order or pick up ready made delights. Many dining options are within minutes by foot. The famous Mike's Pastry just three minutes walk. The harbor is to the left, along the Freedom Trail, where you can visit Battery Wharf, and the USS Constitution across the bridge. Indoor ice skating rink is a nice ten minute stroll away as well. This unit was worth every penny! Will definitely come and stay again!
