Please note that this is a very long review. Key summary is that the host is extremely inappropriate, unprofessional, egotistical, and condescending. It is not worth the stay. Also, look at how he replies to negative reviews and how he reply to some 8/10 reviews. It shows that his character lacks professionalism, customer service skills, emotional regulation, ability to accept feedback, and appropriateness. The host didn’t like the review I gave about check in because I reached out on all numbers provided at 7am and didn’t receive a reply until around 1pm. He believes he did enough by sending the instructions prior to check in but the issue wasn’t the instructions per se, it was the lack of communication. As a traveler, I will like to know how the check in process is and what needs to be done especially since there is no front desk. As a result of him not liking the feedback, he decided to cancel the reservation when I still had a night left. I had just worked an over night shift and had another coming up. Thankfully, I was able to find a new hotel. However, some might not be able to do that and it can be detrimental to them. It was completely unprofessional and inappropriate to react that way. He is free to try and gain an understanding on the feedback, but to react that ways show lack of hospitality
