Dirty , Rats all around property

It was a rat infested building. At night I saw rats all around the property. Disgusting. Unit was described as a studio when it was actually a small bedroom

A Dump!

Electrical cords hanging across fireplace, sitting on mantel and hanging below TV. Pealing paint and wallpaper. Dirty baseboards, walls and trim. Refrigerator missing a leg and could not open door all the way because it hit the floor. Windows tapped shut and air conditioning not working. It was 82 degrees that day. Texting only communication-no personal contact with manager. A complete dump. Could not stay there. Left apartment and booked a hotel room.
