"Stay was quite nice! Parking garage is a short walk from hotel but large discount is provided for parking. Check in was very easy and room was nice. There were slight imperfections like damaged headboard, marked up bathroom mirror, and tv did not work for us. But for overnight was very acceptable."

"Grwat area for walking. Close to HopOn-HopOff bus. Breakfast is a muffin, orange juice and maybe a piece of fruit. Would have liked a bit larger selection."

"Staff were very nice & attentive to open doors, however, they didn't inquire about if it was our first time to Boston & help from there. Directions, dinner recommendations, general concierge stuff could've made the difference between a good trip or a great one. You're hotel is located in the Downtown Crossings area & had you let us know even the simplest of directions to helpful things & inquired just a little it would've helped A LOT!"
