Bath room was not so clean, especially the walls around the tub; all the towers were so uncomfortable; But the most unacceptable thing is my room was on the 23rd floor, include "city view" which was more expensive than regular room, but there was a door connected my neighbors's room, which means if I open the door in my room, my neighbor opens his door, two rooms are been connected. Then at the second day of my night there, there were around ten people had a big party in my neighbor, started from 10PM, they played very loud music, talking so loudly, laughing and playing games so loudly, Smelling weed, and the smell came to my room. from the doors; I called the front desk about this situation 4-5 times, went down to first floor talked with the night shift front desk 3 times, But until 2AM it was still the same, nothing changed until the front desk agency call the police. So at that night, we were hardly to fall asleep , my girlfriend was pregnent, she was so stressful the whole night. In this case, I think the night shift agency should at least follow up this case after he just made a call when I complained to him, or he should tell my neighbor it was not allow so many people spent a night at the room, there were around 10 people, and after 4-5 times I called him sai the problem was still there, he should call the police ASAP, It was already 1AM at night, but my neighbor was much more higher than earlier.I will never come back to this hotel any more, it was a totally nightmare

The room wasn’t great, it felt shabby. The floor outside the bathroom felt like it might give way it was so springy. The carpet was old and dingy and the fabric covered headboard and footboards on the beds were stained. The lighting was dark and the drapes once closed I couldn’t open again. I won’t stay here again.

It felt unusual to arrive at a hotel—especially one positioned as “luxury”—and find no staff available to assist with luggage. While my friend and I didn’t have much to carry, the absence of a valet or bellhop was surprising. The hotel and room were generally very clean; however, I did notice a significant amount of dust in our room. Additionally, the shower never reached true hot water even with the handle turned fully to the highest setting, and the toilet continued to run after each use. On a positive note, the staff member who checked us in and out was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location of the hotel is very convinient, you can get tomany spots in the city by walking, taking an uber/ lyft or using public transportation.

It’s in an ideal location, however it doesn’t feel like a four star hotel. The bed is as comfortable and the rooms have nice views and there’s some updates. The shower was only lukewarm and the pillows were not the most comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at the Revere for one night. The hotel was located near nice restaurants, a CVS, and the Wilbur theater, which was the reason for our Boston trip (a show at the Wilbur). Our room was very big and seemed comfortable till we realized that the temperature in the room was 75 degrees. We shut the heat off because it seemed very stuffy in the room. We then left to our show and when we got back to our room, it was 80 degrees with the heater off. We had to open the sliding door to let cold air in. Then we went to shower and there was NO HOT WATER! At 2:30am We called the front desk and they didn’t answer, so we took very short cold showers. Throughout the night we couldn’t sleep because it was still 80 degrees in the room. In the morning we also noticed water on the floor near the toilet bowl and noticed the bowl was cracked. We got frustrated with the lack of sleep due to it being too hot in the room, so we just got up to try and shower again. We wanted to hurry up and checkout because we were so frustrated with our stay but there was no HOT water AGAIN! Upon check out I complained about our issues and the front desk lady said our room was supposed to be maintenanced and had a ticket to be serviced! I asked why did they put us in that room if it had issues. She didn’t know why and only offered to deduct the hotel fees! Our goal was to have a relaxing weekend and unfortunately we ended up losing sleep and couldn’t take a full showers! We are not happy!

The hotel is in a great location. Parking garage is attached. Hotel is going through renovations which look great. Some of the areas in the lobby and elevators are in need of attention. That says the room is cozy, clean and comfortable. There is a cement balcony that you can stand on and have a view of some of the city. Not the most beautiful view but a view nonetheless. The lounge off the reception area is comfortable and cozy. There is an outdoor Roof top bar and lounge area we’ve visited and enjoyed on a previous visit. We can’t wait to stay again and enjoy the rooftop experience

Location is very good and reasonably priced. However, this facility is not well run in my opinion. Our room was dirty on arrival (e.g., hair on bathroom floor, dirty carpet). Adjacent guests left candy bars in hallway the first night and they were still there the day we left. The TV did not work two out of the four days we stayed. The facilities are worn - filthy damaged elevators. Offers coffee in the AM downstairs but it was empty. Do not recommend and will not stay here again.

Great location and garage parking on site. Very clean and attentive staff. Beautiful hotel and room. Lots of construction happening but was isolated. Room was not as warm and didn’t get as warm as wanted in the frigid cold February and no comforter on bed mad sleeping cold. Also tv only had a few channels available. Will visit again
