Not too bad although the room is really small. In addition, I am very sure my power line was left at my room when I checked out the hotel. But when I called back the hotel, they said they didn't find anything in my room when I left. A few days later, we stayed at other Staypineapple in Seattle. Similar things happened. One of my friend left a small gift on the sofa at the lobby and left for just 5 minutes. But he went back to the lobby, the small gift was gone. Then he went to the front desk, but front desk said they didn't collect any thing from the sofa. Although the thing was missing was not very expensive. However, I felt their staff is very careless and doesn't care about guests' feelings. I think their management level should pay attention to this and try to raise customers' faith in the hotel.

Das Zimmer war hübsch eingerichtet, ist sehr klein. Das Hotelpersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, U-Bahn in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

I like this property. Fantastic location for this solo female traveler and the staff is super friendly. The room was small (expected in a historic space) so there was no place to sit other than the bed and no other furniture. Even leaving my suitcase open during my 3 night stay was a challenge in the small room’s foot print. What I really liked was the vibe and the amenities such a free refillable water bottle, real glasses and coffee cups in the room, and a bathrobe.

There was no heat I called the front desk upon check in they said the next day they would check the heat The next day came the guy said he fixed it. That night the heat never went the last two days no hot water. Never again I have stayed many times but the property is not being maintained

Do not stay here! I booked for the weekend because I was going to PAX East and this was a massive mistake. The reviews seemed fine but when we got there the room with filthy, the blankets had stains, the tv was hanging off the wall slanted, the shower wouldn’t fully shut off so it kept leaking, and the heat was on so high the room had to be 85 degrees it was terrible. We drove up from queens and my wife was so grossed out she dropped me off and actually drove back home the same day. When I got back later Friday night the room was unbearable from the heat I called the front desk and the guy was a dick telling me to open the window but one person physically couldn’t as it had 2 locks and was stuck. Then he tells me to find the thermostat which was basically hidden and it took many attempts to get the heat to actually shut off. When I got in bed I felt immediately itchy and had to sleep in my clothes with a hoodie over me like a hobo. They have a bar on the first floor that was so loud I heard it until 2am all the way up on the 8th floor. There was also a party going on in one of the rooms all night. Not only was the tv hanging off the wall but none of the channels worked. When I got the email about parking it sent me to spot hero which listed there was a garage located on sit but when I got there the guy at the front desk said they don’t have a garage there and didn’t know why it showed up.

Very clean and comfortable room. Smaller, but comfortable. Bed was very cozy and loved the robes. Good location we walked everywhere. Quite noisy at night from traffic outside. But would definitely stay again.

We were coming from out of town. Checking in was fine. When we checked into our room it was 80 DEGREES!!! Turns out the heat was on. Air conditioning wasn't working. When we called the front desk, they said they completely shut off the AC during the winter and that we should open a window to have some breeze. We tried to open the window and the window was broken and wouldn't lock in place. The hallway and the bathroom were a reasonable temperature so we found it hard to believe that the AC was turned off. Unfortunately we believe the AC was broken and the heat was the only thing working. (Side note: the window shades had multiple rips and tears, definitely something that should be replaced.) My Husband and I could not stay under those conditions, we also believe that no other customer should be staying in a room that was 80 degrees. We left 10-15 minutes within being in the room. We did not receive any type of compensation for somewhere we didn't stay. We decided to stay at THE GODFREY HOTEL. Which we have stayed prior and it was AMAZING. When we told them about our experience with pineapple they upgraded our room! So if your looking for an amazing room with working air conditioning I would recommend The Godfrey hotel downtown Boston. The best staff and experience. Expedia only gave us a $20 credit.....

The beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the individual duvets. The decor and ambiance were amazing. The staff was kind. The snack pack upgrade was very disappointing and sparse vs the picture. However, the overall experience was memorable.
