Stas has done a wonderful job thinking of everything to make one's stay comfortable. The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished, is close to great coffee shops and restaurants, is close to Newton Centre, and was wonderful for exploring Boston and Chestnut Hill. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Communication was great, and Stas even sent along suggestions for places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newton Highlands. The place was perfect for my husband and I and our two young adult children. The location was perfect with easy access to neighborhood restaurants and the T stop literally a two-minute walk.Stas met us upon arrival and was incredibly helpful. We highly recommend his place!

Fantastic location—2nd stay

We first stayed in one of Stas’s other units in the building back in 21, and both stays have been perfect. Great location, excellent place to stay, highly recommend!!

Perfect spot for family visiting Boston area

The apartment is extremely comfortable for family of 4. Much more space than similar-priced hotel room. The host made everything easy. The location is great, this part of Newton has many restaurants and shops within 2-minute walk. Also next door to train stop for easy access to Boston. We have just moved to this neighborhood and stayed here while our home renovations were being finished; we will highly recommend this location to anyone coming to visit!

We enjoyed our stay in Newton Highlands! The apartment was nicely set up for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The location was excellent with close proximity to restaurants and the train station across the street was very convenient for visiting downtown Boston and Fenway.

Great stay. Immediately wanted to book again for the future. Stas is fantastic- answered questions beforehand and during visit extremely quickly, met us on arrival to show us around and recommend local spots. Many restaurants and small market within walking distance. Conveniently located to T and Boston College.

Family Vacation

We were in the perfect location for our vacation. Right next to a pub and a french bakery and other local businesses. Travel into Boston was made easy as the Newton Highlands subway stop was right next door. Stas was an amazing host with great information on Boston.

Lovely apartment, close to everything

The owner has created a lovely, clean and bright oasis. Modern bathrooms and kitchen, well furnished. He is also easy to reach and eager to help guests make the most of the area. We hope to stay again.

Visit to Newton

Four days stay in this lovely VRBO. The host, Stas, couldn’t have been nicer. Went out of his way to show us around and to check in on us periodically. It’s clean, bright and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend it and stay there again.

Great place, great neighborhood, awesome host!

My husband and I loved this VRBO! Super clean, nicely equipped, easy to “work from home”, great location in Newton Highlands. Stas, the host, was great to work with and super accommodating. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Perfect BC Parents Weekend location

Our favorite location when visiting our son at Boston College. Love the area and cleanliness & amenities in the apartment. Not a lot of “lounging” space in this unit, but nice kitchen and dining area for quick meals before heading back to enjoy the area. We have stayed in multiple units in this building and will continue to return!

Spotless and spacious home away from home

Spotless, spacious, and comfortable suite with extensive amenities. Owner Stas Gavronsky was extremely responsive from start to finish. Great location right next to T stop and walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, Whole Foods etc. Far more comfortable than a hotel room for an extended stay and fairly priced.

We were meeting bing our daughter to Boston and set up our home base here. The location was optimal and the neighborhood is fantastic. Stas went above and beyond as a host and let us store some items at his office while we took a side trip to NYC. Great place and great experience. Will stay here again when visiting our daughter.

Great stay for city and burbs

This place was a great base for exploring both the city and our trips to the burbs! Clean and bright. The neighborhood is charming—french bakery mornings, coffee and chocolatier, fun night at the Irish pub, and a couple nice restaurants all just a quick stroll away. The T station is literally right there, making it super easy to hop into Boston. And Stas—friendly, super communicative, and always ready to help.

Perfect location

We stayed to look at some Boston area colleges. This property location was perfect location for us close to the city to drive or take the train. It was clean and nice. The town has options to eat and is very nice. The property was perfect for us with the 2 double beds for our teens. Stas was super responsive and we had no problems. I Recommend this property if you stay in the Boston Area!

Perfect location. Wonderful accommodations!

The Inn at Newton Highlands was the perfect spot for our family trip to Boston! Our apartment was spacious, clean and conveniently situated within a short walk to a T station. We ate at a delicious restaurant right across the street one night and the kitchen had everything needed to eat in as well. Stas was a wonderful host, providing all the info we needed ahead of our stay and even gave us a nice orientation to the area upon our arrival. Highly recommend for a family looking for a spot just outside of the city to use as home base for touring the greater Boston area.

Awesome place in a beautiful suburb of Boston

This was a real gem. Host, Stas, was attentive from beginning to end and added several personal touches. The neighbourhood was quaint with great places to eat and a train station very handy. The unit was well appointed, clean and fresh. Parking in a busy area was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic!

We came to Boston to work and access healthcare- and we found ourselves in a delightful neighborhood in a lovely, clean, comfy apartment with a fantastic host. We stay in a lot of VRBO properties, and this one was among the cleanest we’ve ever seen. Stas, the host was available and responsive. There was plenty of space and the showers were fantastic. So easy to get to public transportation.

2nd Stay

This was our 2nd time staying with Stas. Different unit this time as it was a more last minute situation. The ground floor unit is ADA compliant, so is set up a little differently from the others, but Stas is always a great host and the location remains very convenient to the Green Line.

Newton Highlands

Perfect location . Just a few steps for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Steps from the T, for easy transportation to downtown Boston, fenway, faneuil hall..... walkable toNewton Center or next stop on the T. close to Beacon st and Rte 9. worked great for my husband and me, traveling with adult daughter and her spouse. Host was available if need be. Very clean.
