Accessible to airport and all other downtown sites. Seaport, where hotel is located, is a high end city area, and there is a Trader Joe market behind the hotel as well. Shake Shack next to it as well and a King’s bowling alley across the street.

Rooms are way too small. Really only for 1 person. SUperficially things looks clean. But buttons on control panels are sticky and surfaces have stains. No one is taking the time to deep clean. Walls are way too thin, can hear everything. For the money, would not recommend.

Rooms are very small and a little too techi-glass bathroom doors and showers doors with patterns allowed zero privacy and patterns in glass made me dizzy. Staff was very good and accommodating, especially the Friday evening valet man.
