Small room but liked it cause it made my husband and i feel more connected. Over head shower did not work, hated that i had to connect Tv to my phone to be able to use it, couldn't use Netflix on Tv, internet was so slow. I have been in way better hotels.

Very nice little room! Very walkable to the Seaport! We walked to Quincy market and the aquarium. Stayed for a cruise and very close to the Flynn cruise port in Boston. Staff was very nice.

My only complain is that the tv was on the side of the bed and not in front, at least in my room. Other than that, amazing place to stay in Boston. The seaport area is beautiful, there is a train station right next to the hotel with a line that goes straight to the airport and a lot of good dining options in the property and in the surrounding areas. Highly recommended at the right price.

This hotel is beautifully located near everything we needed. Our room was unique. The TV was at a 90 degree angle to the bed so viewing from the bed was not practical. The bed was awesome. The view was great, we were able to see some of the bay from our room. We were disappointed that we didn't get to use the rooftop bar area. We tried twice but it was holding a private gathering and the second time it was full. But, we would still choose this hotel again. It was very accessible for my husband that uses a scooter for distance mobility.

Very bad stay! Girl at check in never mentioned VIP benefits. Triple room was a queen & a bunk bed, would never have stayed here had i known about bunk bed, as photo on site was midleading not showing that. Room was tiny, weird lighting & hotel had a party vibe! BAD experience & ive traveled alot!!

Hotel was nice. The room was small with curtain to seperate bathroom. Toilet was in its own glass in stall next to a glassed in shower. No very private. But very clean and bed was comfortableand the head board could be raised electronically so you could watch tv reclined

We were very fortunate flying in at 6:30am that they had a room ready at 7am. They also waived the early check in fee. Very nice staff and clean rooms. Only issue is the rooms can be quite small and the toilet and shower have class doors and walls. There’s stickers to give the illusion of privacy, but in such small quarters I wish there was a full on bathroom door. Otherwise, this place is located so centrally I would stay there again!

The staff is by far the highlight of this hotel. The rooms are small But, very well appointed. The location is phenomenal. It is right next to an underground station that takes you to and from the airport for $2.40. we recommend this hotel. We would have loved it a lot more if the rooftop “Terrace” was actually a terrace that you could go up to and enjoy but it is actually a bar/restaurant that doesn’t open until 5pm and gets very crowded. Needless to say, you cannot use the rooftop terrace unless you want to eat or drink. That was pretty disappointing for us.

This is a nice property and very well located if you’re cruising or flying out of Boston. The rain was tiny but functional. It was very clean. But I did not appreciate was being charged $116 for an early check-in. That was a surprise and truly un #Warranty. I’ve never been charged for an early check-in before and I did not like that. There was no advance notice that there would be such a charge. I’d like we will not stay at this hotel again simply for that reason.
