"Was not keen on the check in, it felt a bit hectic trying to do with customer up at the bar and collecting food- think this could be something that can be changed. Other than that the accommodation was clean and the staff were friendly enough. "

"Cracks all in the room, no air conditioning and the food wasn’t very nice for breakfast, it had all flakes and seasoning all over it. "

"The stay was the worst hotel stay I have probably ever had especially for the price. The room I upgraded to I ended up buying an airbed for the additional bed as the quality was awful. I had a room for 3 people and only had 2 sets of towels, mugs and glasses etc and had to ask multiple times for extras at one point I even ended up with LESS. The restaurant was extremely slow and I was charged a different price for the same meal three days in a row. The room was not very clean and at one pint when I asked for an extra mug the staff asked if I could leave the door on the latch as they didn’t have a key at which point I refused and then I came back to find my door open I assume by one of the staff who had left it that way. Dreadful experience and would not recommend staying. The only redeeming quality was how good the gym was."
