However, the floors in the rooms were not as clean as I expected. The floors in the common areas were decent, and the atmosphere was cozy. “Excellent location! 2 minute walk to the ocean on one side. 2 minute walk to the bay on the other side. NOTE: this place charges $15 per night for parking. This is a deal. Parking around town is $4 an hour. This hotel is conveniently located so you should be able to walk every place and not be ripped off by paying outrageous parking fees.”

“Nicest hotel in Rehoboth within walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. Best atmosphere too with outdoor courtyard to enjoy quiet breakfast daily with made to order omelettes that are delish. Breakfast included unless you get specialty coffee drinks which are extra. Didn't try spa but heard from other guests it's amazing. And if you don't feel like walking 5 blocks to beach they've got free shuttle to/from beach til 430pm. Jim the driver is friendly, knows the area and is great!……

We felt safe, walking distance to restaurants and stores, 2 minutes from beach with driving, u could walk or ride a bike, the property and room was up to date and good and calm vibe. I didn’t see staff. I choose self check in. Received texts messages and code to room, the way point left robes , beach towels, and umbrella for convenience with ur stay. I choose not use them. Maybe for a longer stay. Air conditioning……
