「Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee.

「Breakfast was a typical Hampton Inn set up. But it’s not free. We did order a omelette that was yummy. Much of stuff on menu. Staff just went and got off buffet.」

「Very convenient location in Longmont. We stayed for a couple nights and the breakfast was a good one… All the standard stuff, including the small waffles.
Very attentive staff! We had trouble with the window coverings in our room, and they made sure and take care of it immediately.
The room was wonderfully clean. The carpet really needed updating, which is why it didn’t get five stars in every category.」
