“This house is clean and nicely decorated. It has everything one needs for a short or long stay. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s easy access to get into Denver. I’ve stayed here twice now and have enjoyed my stay both times. ”

“Good stay and towels/toiletries were provided. But got there and the garage was opened, was a little confused by this and wondered if we were in the right place. Turns out the garage opener on the outside was having issues, owner called me and let me know it was the right place, but we couldn’t park in front of the garage as it was reserved for the people staying upstairs. Had no clue that there would be people upstairs (it’s at least not accessible) but the people above us had what sounded like……

“This one room unit had everything I needed. The kitchen had everything needed for an extended stay. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean. The owner was wonderful as he responded to my questions almost instantly. The parking is good, the neighborhood is good. There is a King Soopers within walking distance.”

“The property was in a great location. It is a duplex but couldn’t really hear the neighbors, which is great. And it is a tri-level house which may be good to make clear for those that may have accessibility issues. Upper floors were hard to keep cool with limitations on the thermostat but appreciated the available box fans. TV and internet were excellent.”

“We had a wonderful time in Nederland. The house featured a well-stocked kitchen and a cozy fireplace. A local highlight was the Indian/Nepalese restaurant; the authentic dishes and chai tea are a must-try. Communication with Wendy was seamless; she even went out of her way to meet us in downtown Boulder to return a shirt we’d left behind at the cabin.”

“Great stay minutes from Golden. Comfy beds, cozy outdoor seating and quiet neighborhood. If I had to find areas of improvement it would be that the house could use some additional seating in the living room. We had 4 people and while the sofa sat 3 and there was another reclining chair, I have big kiddos and it was a little crowded. ”

“Due to an unexpected family issue, we weren’t able to make this trip, but the owner was exceptionally kind, responsive, and professional in working with us. We truly appreciate his compassion and look forward to staying in the condo in January.”
