「Good sized room, comfy huge bed, coffee pod machine in an excellent location. I was checked in by the most incredibly helpful employee who went the extra mile (literally) to make my stay easier and more comfortable - helping with luggage and generally showing a really strong concern for customer care (for the record I'm a 50+ female, I don't mean this to sound creepy!)」
