Great little hotel, will definitely stay again. Paul was lovely without being overbearing, great location, access to coffee bar was nice touch. I managed to get car parking space on the street for free but it was very busy.

Summer holiday

Beautiful accommodation. Very homely. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space in our room for family time and sleeping arrangments. 4 minute walk to the beach. 2 minute walk to the nearest bust stop.

Fantastic, friendly proprietors. The hotel is updated, very clean and tastefully decorated. The room was small, as is the case for most of the hotels we stayed in along the southern coast. There is no elevator so it’s a difficult climb to the top with luggage. There is a continental breakfast which was light but filling. The hotel is only a couple of blocks away from the beach and thankfully not too close to the loud nightlife. The proprietors take security very seriously, which is much appreciated. One of the best features: A mini fridge! Why don’t all hotels in Europe have mini fridges?

Always a great stay

I have stayed at the Hedley three years running now for an annual event. The owners are so friendly and welcoming and as a solo traveller I always feel safe here. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is very close to the beach, the BIC, pier, town centre and the beautiful gardens. You won’t be disappointed.

The hotel is nice and clean as well as the rooms. It’s equipped with small fridge, electric fan and hair dryer. Walking distance to the beach and pier. Paul is so welcoming and helpful with our luggage up the stairs to our rooms. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Lovely safe stay

I stayed here as a lone parent of two young autistic children to celebrate my birthday and get away for half-term. With that in mind, I look for safety, cleanliness and convenience. This place was great. We had a family room which was perfect for what was needed. The kettle and fridge were a nice touch. It was a beautiful space with traditional corniced high ceilings and lovely stain glass windows. The owners were lovely and attentive without being overbearing which was appreciated. We made use of the tea room and breakfast which was good. One of my kids normally has toast but coped without and enjoyed the yoghurt. In terms of location, the car park is close by and is £12:60 for 24 hours. This can be renewed once which we did. There was a nice fish & chip shop round the corner and a handy NISI local shop too. It was a short walk down to the beach in one direction or the town centre in another. . We all had a lovely time and if I was going to do a short stay again, I’d book this place.

One of the best accommodation experiences ever. The reason for this was mainly the friendly and personal service. We felt that we were really cared for and appreciated. The staff made the experience a top one. We had a "penthouse" on the top floor, which was a good size and sufficient for three people. The room was clean in every way and the bed was comfortable enough. For breakfast we had great coffee, tea, fruit, cereals, yoghurt, biscuits etc. This was a very sufficient breakfast, which easily kept us hungry until lunch. A super experience in every way - a big thanks to you!

My stay at the Hadley couldn’t have been better. It was in a great location, it was clean and my room was super cute. The owners made it the best by accommodating my early arrival, taking time to connect with me and we’re just the friendliest hosts. I felt at home.
