We had a wonderful overnight stay at the hotel celebrity! The staff was incredibly helpful, we had a very late check in with pets and we ended up needing to ask the front desk to store some bags for us. They were more than accommodating and even held on to a package for me that was dropped with them a few days before I arrived. Would absolutely recommend, we had a wonderful stay!

Liked the ability to leave my luggage. Good to have 11am check out time Could hear next doors TV so perhaps a sound control volume so guests cannot put it on so loud. Couple of issues no toilet paper which was resolved and same my shower was faulty but resilved

Budget stay in a very clean room with bath after completion of southwest coast path. Ground floor with unpleasant outlook onto bins, old mattress and closed internal space but this didn’t affect comfort. Room was super clean. Shower didn’t work properly and kept sliding down and had no thermostat temperature control which was strange. Tea, coffee kettle etc all provided and welcomed. Easy check-in and v friendly staff.

Building took me back, I love deco style buildings...Inside when immediately walk in appears dated, as does staircase but most important is the room, which was clean and had everything I needed. Woman on reception is very friendly and very helpful. English breakfast was good. Only 10 minute walk to the coast but in a quiet road. If in Bournemouth again would stay here again.
