“A beautifully decorated building - literally a palace. Nice garden. Friendly and helpful stuff. Horses and donkeys in stables, outside of the garden. During the month of Ramadan the Hamam was closed and no horse riding, which normally would be available. About 30 minutes from the airport, in rural area. I liked staying here and will come again.”

“This hotel is essentially a rural guesthouse. Without pick-up and drop-off services, it would be very inconvenient. Thanks to the host for the airport pick-up service at 3 a.m. However, I forgot to specify it was a triple room when booking, even though I paid for three beds. Upon check-out, the host asked for an additional $20. Please be aware of this.”

“New, modern hotel. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Be also had dinner which was ok, but not great. No alcoholic beverages in the restaurant. I warmly recommend the hotel but the restaurant kitchen has room for improvement. ”

“Razoável! Fica muito longe de tudo, tivemos que pegar táxi que só aceita dinheiro e vc se obriga a cambiar euros em DIRHAM. Possui chutel mas cobra 50 EUROS pelo transfer para Aeroporto , mesmo a moeda sendo dirham. Na chegada restaurante fechado só abria 19:00 e vc tinha que reservar o que queria. Detalhe NÃO SERVEM BEBIDA ALCOÓLICA ”

“这家酒店就是CASA VOYAGEURS火车站正对面，走过去五分钟，地理位置是最大的优点，其次是早餐还行。去哈桑二世清真寺的时候问前台怎么坐车，前台说帮忙叫个车4个人400迪拉姆来回，后来我们自己打了两个小出租车去的，虽然费劲，但每辆车14个迪拉姆单程就够了，千万别入坑。”

“The room was clean, but no fridge or microwave. Just a kettle. Access to an iron. Beds were firm. The staff were great. The location was in the heart of the Medina, close to public transportation and restaurants. It wasn’t very noisy. We didn’t have any breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Kudos to Mohamed. Very friendly and kind. Would recommend this hotel. Traveled with a group.”

“The location is very good, just 5 minutes from the train station. We arrived very late on September 3rd and had a pleasant chat with the nice gentleman at the reception. We mentioned that we would be leaving early the next morning and just needed a bed and shower. He immediately asked if we needed a wake-up call. This was the first time in our 14-day journey that we experienced such professional and friendly customer service. The water pressure in the shower was good. Of course, if I had to……

“Terrible experience: as soon as we got in we had to use the bathroom and unfortunately we didn't notice there was a big paddle of water due to a leaking water hose connected to the toilet and Guess what happened i slipped and fell on my back with legs split and my knee cut badly with the edge of the sink cabinet.... a small apology was presented however arguing that everything was inspected before arrival then we got switched to a smaller room however no compensation or sincere apology....the……
