Great stay!

Great communication with the host, who also gave excellent recommendations for the island. Property was clean, with lots of towels and other necessities. The only downside was that the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. Check-in/check-out was smooth.

Good Clean place

Miguel was very responsive and met us at airport to give us keys. The place was clean with 4 bedrooms and 2 couches to sleep on. The place was a 45 min walk to downtown funchal. Overall a great place and stay.

Very nice apartment close to the center

Miguel is a very welcoming host. Very nice and cosy apartment. The place is really close to the city center in a calm and clean area with always available parking in front of the building as well as in the garage.

It was fine

This wasn’t my favorite place to stay. The neighbor have a little yippee dog that barks all night. All windows are open at night because there isn’t air conditioning as stated. There also isn’t a working dryer or a spa tub. Just a bathtub. The beds are uncomfortable and some pillows would really help.

1. The property was secure and easily accessible. 2. The cleaning service should be re-evaluated; we did not feel they properly cleaned/disinfected. Based on what we had been told to expect they did not do a thorough general cleaning (i.e., removing items left behind from the unit, not replacing missing supplies, not fixing shower fixtured prior to our arrival).

super séjour

Grand appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Avec un Balcon avec vue sur mer. Miguel a été très a l’écoute et prévenant, avec des belles attentions. Les prestations de l’appartement sont conformes à la description et il est très agréable à vivre. Miguel nous a envoyé un Taxi à l’aéroport ( 40 Euros) pour venir nous chercher à 1 h du matin et nous remettre les clés de l’appartement. L’endroit est en banlieue Nord/ouest de FUNCHAL, dans les hauteurs à proximité des accès à la Voie Rapide V1, ce qui est très pratique pour partir visiter l’île. Par contre il faut oublier de descendre down town à pied ( environ 45’ à 1 h de marche ! ….et surtout pour le retour …ça monte… ça monte...mais alors beaucoup.). Donc pour les seniors, je vous conseille vivement le Bus N°45 qui vous mène direct sur la promenade du front de mer. Facile, la station se situe juste à 5mn, à côté du SuperMarket très pratique pour faire ses courses au retour. De même la boulangerie au pied de l’immeuble très pratique pour les petits déj et acheter les pizzas et autres sandwichs. Avec des vendeuses sympas et très gentilles. Pour l’appartement, c’est le TOP, il est super bien aménagé et rien ne manque.( il y a même une trousse de premier secours….si, si ) Miguel nous a donné beaucoup d’informations, il parle très bien le français et l’Anglais. Et il répond dans la minute par Whats App, ce qui est bien pratique. De plus il a un petit récepteur WiFi que l’on peut prendre dans sa poche pour la journée

Appartement avec tout le nécessaire! Les literies sont un peu usées mais le propriétaire à fait changer le matelas de mes parents sans que je n'ai besoin de le demander, car celui ci était vraiment en mauvais etat. Plutôt bien localisé. Nous sommes satisfaits de notre location dans l'ensemble.

Good place, very kind owner

The owner is a very kind person, helping with everything you need, he sent us a really long list of places to visit and restaurants. He speaks pretty good English, which in Madeira is not a very common thing. The portable wifi was really useful since it had batteries and you could carry it with you during your trips. The only thing I would suggest is to get a couple more pots since we were in 7 we often ran out of them.

Apartamento muito bem localizado com tudo o que é preciso

Éramos um grupo relativamente grande com bebés, crianças e adolescentes e o apartamento satisfez as necessidades de todos. O apartamento era muito simpático e tinha todas os equipamentos indicados. Boa relação qualidade preço. Sem dúvida, a repetir.

Great apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathes!

Miguel is a very responsive host. All communication was very fast and clear. The location is great and view from balcony is amazing. Kitchen is fully equipped. I am recommending the apartment for 100%!

Un appart parfait pour découvrir Funchal et sa region

Miguel a été très a l’écoute et prévenant, avec des belles attentions. Les prestations de l’appartement sont conformes à la description et il est très agréable à vivre. Nous étions 4 avec chacun une chambre (le luxe!). Nous recommandons !

Nice apartment with a beautiful view.

Miguel was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He gave us wonderful suggestions for places to eat and was very helpful during check-in. The apartment had all of the necessary amenities and great wifi. Across the street was a hill that we all walked up and enjoyed the view of the city and water during sunset. Great location, highly recommend!!!
