"They were extremely friendly upon entering the hotel. They had a celebration with snacks and drinks for LU graduates and their families. They were accommodating with whatever we needed. The only thing annoying was we were so happy that check out was at 12 PM but the cleaning lady came in our room four times without knocking trying to rush us out of there. One time my teen son was in bed and she walked in on him without knocking. She did not speak English so I could not communicate with her. I was also sad to get to breakfast and there was no more oatmeal this morning but overall I can tell they really tried their best so I will still give five stars. "

"Property was spacious and views were beautiful! Plenty of space for my family. The house could use some upgrades, but as Scott has mentioned, the price then goes up as well. And you are in a beautiful location, and did I mention the views?! While it is a steep climb down and back up to the water, you're right on the water. There is a canoe and paddle boat, which we used on our stay without a problem. We did buy our own life jackets at a Walmart. The Foosball table was a hit for our family. Sitting out on the deck drinking coffee,and just looking out over the water was spectacular. We went in April, and while the weather was not cold, it was super warm either. During the summer months, this is an ideal spot. If it was warmer, we certainly would have rented a boat for a day or the full week as part of our vacation. There are multie marinas close by. My daughter and I went horse back riding nearby and there are many places to hike and enjoy the beautiful views. The hot tub was nice in the evening. Scott was extremely quick to answer a few questions when we arrived, and we enjoyed our time at Walls of Glass!"
